The April Meeting 2012 takes place at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, Georgia. All scientific and plenary sessions, as well as all ancillary activities, will take place at the Hyatt Regency.

The theme for this year's meeting is "100 Years of Cosmic Ray Physics." Cosmic ray physics will be highlighted in the Saturday Plenary Session.

ID Required
When you check-in at the Meeting you will be asked either for your printed confirmation or other form of ID.
Badge Monitoring
All attendees must be registered for the Meeting. Registered attendees will receive a Meeting badge. Attendees must wear their badges at all times. Badge monitors will be checking for badges before allowing admission to the sessions. Attendees without badges will not be admitted to sessions.
Photo Release
APS will take photographs at the April Meeting. By registering for the April Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow APS to use your photo in APS-related publications, materials, or websites.

APS meetings are a forum for scientists to gather and share research results on a wide range of physics and physics-related topics.
The APS April Meeting physics concentrations are represented by seventeen units consisting of six divisions, five forums, and six topical groups.
